Accountings

  • Small Estate Accountings: $35.00 – $65.00 per hour (Sliding Scale for Trust Assets under $60,000.00)
  • Court Supervised or Trust Accountings: $125.00 per hour
  • Forensic Accountings: $150.00 per hour

Basic Money Management

$75.00 per hour. Home/In office service.

Care Navigator

$85.00 per hour.

Durable Power of Attorney for Finance and Health

$ 90.00 per hour.

Trust and Conservatorships

  • $65.00 – Bookkeeping per hour
  • $85.00 – Care Navigator per hour
  • $90.00 – Trust/Conservatorships Fiduciary Assistant Coordinator per hour
  • $125.00 – Fiduciary Fee per hour OR Trust over 1 million in assets a minimum of .75%-1.25% yearly charged depending on the complexity considered.

Executor of Estate

Fee determined by the value of the estate and as determined by the court:

  1. Costs and Expenses: Costs that are not part of the standard administrative charge and are payable separately include, but are not limited to, court fees, photocopy services, in-house copies of 25 copies or more per print job at $.12 per copy, notary fees, bridge tolls, and mileage at $.60 per mile.
    The fees, costs and expenses are more specifically outlined in the client/fiduciary agreement and are not limited to this partial listing of costs and expenses.
  2. Termination: Agreement can be made by either party at any time in a written notice.
